Saguaro Branch Renovation -
(View Photos) Originally built in 1964, Saguaro Branch is being remodeled as part of the 2006 Citizens Bond Program. It is scheduled to re-open in June 2008. A bookmobile is providing temporary library service onsite in the interim. |

Harmon Branch Replacement -
(View Photos) Phoenix Public Library's first branch facility, Harmon Library was originally built in 1950. Replacement of the existing building is part of the 2006 Citizens Bond Program. Construction of a new facility, adjacent to the original one, in Harmon Park is scheduled to begin in April 2008. Library service will continue to be offered in the original branch until the new facility is opened. It is scheduled to open April 2009. |

Agave Library -
(View Photos) Agave Regional Branch is the last branch scheduled to be built from 2001 Citizen's Bond Program funding. Construction began in Fall, 2007 with an estimated completion in Fall, 2008 and opening mid-2009. It is located just north of the intersection of 36th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road. |
