Here are a couple of ways to take your required summer reading online:

Explore Always Available eBooks

Phoenix Public Library offers a couple of collections of Always Available eBooks through Greater Phoenix Digital Library. These eBooks are always available for checkout which means no waiting for holds. You can start reading right now! (Or, later, when you get to it.)

Here's how to access these eBooks collections:

Always Available

• With your library card ready, go to eBooks + Digital Media on Phoenix Public Library's website.  
• Go to the right "Explore Digital Media" menu and choose Greater Phoenix Digital Library. A new window will open up.
• In Greater Phoenix Digital Library, scroll down and choose the "Additional eBooks. Always Available" ad on the left.
• Once at the Always Available collection, you can search for a book title of your choice.
• You may then download these ePub titles directly to your computer.

Duke Classics

• With your library card ready, go to eBooks + Digital Media on Phoenix Public Library's website. 
• Go to the right "Explore Digital Media" menu and choose Greater Phoenix Digital Library. A new window will open up.
• Near the Greater Phoenix Digital Library search box, choose "Advanced Search."
• In the Advanced Search, go to the Publisher dropdown menu and choose "Duke Classics."
• This list will pull up all always available Duke Classics titles. To search within Duke Classics titles, do so in the Advanced Search.
• You will then have the option to "Add to Book Bag" and then download your item.
