"I am invincible..."
March is Women's History Month.  According to the US Census, women and girls make up slightly more than half of the US population.  While nearly 60% of all women (16 or older) participated in the labor force in 2012, their median annual earnings (for year-round, full time work) was $37,118. In comparison, the median annual earnings of men were $48,202.

According to a Chinese proverb, "Women hold up half the sky."  Check out our picks for women who do just that and more!
