School Cards
School Cards are offered to teachers to benefit students in classes which regularly visit the Library. Cards can only be used to check out books selected by students during the class visit. Each principal / director of a school must apply and sign a letter of agreement before school cards can be issued. Please note the following:
- Schools will be issued a School Card for each teacher following regular user registration procedures.
- Check out limit for a School Card is a total of 40 items.
- Items checked out on a School Card have a loan period of 4 weeks.
- Lost materials must be paid for by schools at the end of the school year.
- School Cards shall only be used at the Phoenix Public Library location where the card was issued.
- Checked out materials must be kept at the school.
