Summary:
Undercover Mountie Jack Taggart infiltrates a Mexican drug cartel while investigating the disappearance of a young Canadian woman. Entering Ciudad Juarez against the orders of his superiors, the operation seems to be going smoothly - until the cartel discovers his true identity.
