Summary:
The Doctor brings Romana to present day Earth to visit Professor Chronotis, an elderly Time Lord living a quiet academic life at St. Cedd's College in Cambridge after fleeing Gallifrey. But the Doctor isn't the only one looking for Chronotis, a scientist called Skagra is looking to steal his mind and find the location of a book called The Worshipful and Ancient Law of Gallifrey.
