Summary:
FBI Hostage Rescue Team member Mark Sanders is in St. Louis, where he reunites with his old flame, Emily Lawson. But when Emily's almost killed by an unknown sniper, Mark must race against time to uncover the shooter's true identity--before they return to finish the job.
