Summary:
Traveler Megan McCormick begins her journey in Java's capital Jakarta before traveling west to Anak Krakatau, one of the most volcanically active places on earth. She then heads to Java's cultural heartland, Yogyakarta and Kudos. Flying on to Sumatra, she visits the orangutans at Bukit Lawang nature reserve. She ends her journey in the surfing paradise of Pulau Nias.
