Summary:
Traveler Ian Wright begins his journey in the congested sprawl of Tokyo. He escapes the neon lights by train to the ski resort of Zao Onsen. From there it's south all the way visiting the islands of Kyushu, Kagoshima, Okinawa and finally the tranquil Yaeyama Islands.
