Summary:
Popeye is attending a special dinner celebrating his 20 years in film. Hosted by Bob Hope, this dinner is attended by Bluto, Olive Oyl and a collection of Hollywood's most famous personalities. After sitting through a long acceptance speech by Popeye filled with clips from his films, Bluto's patience runs out and the two of them start fighting.
