Your Phoenix Public Libraries are stocked with books, movies and music and we offer a myriad of programs and services just for you. Apart from that, we also have some of the best interior spaces for children to learn in and hang out. Here are just a few of our spaces for kids.
Cesar Chavez Library's (3635 W. Baseline Rd., 85339) children's area invites you to cozy up and READ with it's bright accents, comfortable seating and plentiful book selection. This space is just a hop, skip and a jump away from the storytime room and the library's open floor plan.
The First Five Years space at Agave Library (23550 N. 36th Ave., 85310) provides a whimsical and spacious, yet cozy, exploration area for kids who are browsing the bookshelves, waiting to use a computer or who have just attended a storytime.
The First Five Years space at Burton Barr Central Library (1221 N. Central Ave., 85004) offers a multitude of hands-on learning surfaces for curious children, including a Baby Zone/Zona de Bebé for the littlest library customers.
Children of all ages may reserve computers at our libraries including here, at Juniper Library (1825 W. Union Hills Dr., 85027).
