Computer Classes at Cholla Library
Cholla Library offers the following computer classes. Each free class is offered once a month, except December. Classes run from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. but tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis at 2 p.m. the day of the class.

- Learn how to use the mouse.
- Learn to use those 'other' keys on the keyboard.
Introduction to Word Processing (Basic Computer Skills II)
Students should be familiar with using a mouse and keyboard.
- Create a document and save it to disk.
- Set up a document using margins, text alignment and paper orientation.
- Learn to change the look and size of text.
- Check for spelling errors and learn how to 'undo' mistakes.
Introduction to the Internet
Students should be familiar with using a mouse and keyboard.
- Learn what the Internet and World Wide Web are in plain English.
- Learn how to explore documents on the World Wide Web.
Basic E-mail
Students should be familiar with using the mouse, the keyboard and the Internet.
- Open a free e-mail account. We will help you!
- Learn how to send and receive an e-mail.
- Learn how to sign in and out of your new e-mail account.
