WHAT:	Invitation to Groundbreaking Ceremony of Agave Library Media will have an opportunity to preview architectural plans and interview guest speakers. The new library will feature a children's pavilion, group study rooms, computer training lab, teen space, community meeting room, reading garden, Internet and WiFi access and more. The event is open to the public.

WHO:	Phoenix Vice Mayor Dave Siebert City Librarian Toni Garvey Phoenix Public Library Chairman Abraham B. James III Members of the community

WHEN:	Thursday, April 12 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. Media can arrive at any time during the one-hour time slot to shoot video and conduct interviews

WHERE:	23550 N. 36th Ave. in northwest Phoenix
