WHAT: Invitation to Grand Re-Opening of Saguaro Library
Media will have an opportunity to cover the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the newly remodeled Saguaro Library and interview guest speakers. The remodeled library features a "First Five Years" area, teen space, community meeting room, wireless Internet access, more than 20 computers for public use and collections of books, DVDs and CDs. Designed by durkin + durkin Architects. LLC and built by Jokake Construction, the project was funded through the 2006 Citizens Bond Program. The event is open to the public.
