WHAT: PHOENIX PUBLIC LIBRARY KICKS OFF WINTER READING WITH
"THE NOISEGUY"

Media will have an opportunity to cover the kick-off of "Catch BookBreath @ your Phoenix Public Library" family winter reading program. Children's comedian and vocal sound impressionist, Charlie "The Noiseguy" Williams, will perform his zany sound show.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
The annual family winter reading program, "Catch BookBreath @ your Phoenix Public Library," is designed to encourage families to read together and runs Jan. 11 through March 13 at all library locations.

Children and teens, up to 18 years old, are eligible to participate in the program and earn prizes by reading, or listening to, books.
