Donate to the Library

Books, Magazines, Videos, CDs and DVDs
If they're in good condition, we want your books, magazines, videos, CDs and DVDs!

Donations may be added to our collection or sold by the Friends of the Phoenix Public Library. We provide a receipt for tax purposes, but appraisals for the value of donated materials are the responsibility of the donor.

Please deliver boxed or bagged donations to any Library location.

In Memorium
To make a donation for the purchase of materials in memory or honor a loved one, contact the Collection Development Office at 602-262-7360.

Library staff will consult with you to choose an appropriate item. A library plate recognizing your gift will be placed in each item that is added to the Library collection.

Historical Documents and Photos
Phoenix Public Library is very interested in receiving donations of materials documenting Arizona and Phoenix history. Contact the Collection Development Office at 602-262-7360.

Cash Donations
A cash contribution to the Library can be made through the Phoenix Public Library Foundation.
