Phoenix Public Library, Phoenix, AZ. -- March 14, 2012 -- Burton Barr Central Library, 1221 N. Central Ave., presents "Grantseeking Basics Class" 2:30 to 4 p.m., Monday, April 9.

For people interested in foundation fundraising, this workshop will cover what to have in place before seeking a grant, the world of grantmakers, the grantseeking process, and available tools and resources. The class is free, but registration is required.

This class is not intended for individuals seeking grants for their own use, but for people working with nonprofit organizations. It is provided by the Foundation Center. Phoenix Public Library is a member of the Foundation Center's network of Cooperating Collections.
