Phoenix Public Library, Phoenix, AZ. -- March 29, 2012 -- Burton Barr Central Library, 1221 N. Central Ave., will host 5 free classes for job seekers in April.

Job Searching Basics
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Monday, April 9
Learn about job searching from determining the type of work you want to target to the steps to take now that the interview is over.

Resume Creation
1:00 - 4:00 p.m. - Tuesday, April 10
Learn to create and edit a resume.

Computer Basics - Parts of the Computer with an Introduction to Windows
1:00 - 4:00 p.m. - Wednesday, April 11
Walk through the first steps of using a computer.

Introduction to the Internet
1:00 - 3:00 p.m. - Thursday, April 12
Learn to navigate the Internet.

Introduction to Email
1:00 - 3:00 p.m. - Friday, April 13
Create an email account and use it.

Space is limited. Free tickets are available at the first floor welcome desk at library opening. Ticket holders must present tickets at the first floor training room 15 minutes before the start of the class.
