Phoenix Public Library, Phoenix, AZ. -- May 08, 2012 -- College Depot, located on the second floor of Burton Barr Central Library at 1221 N. Central Ave., will host 6 free, fun-filled summer programs to get students in grades 7 - 12 ready for college.

2:00-4:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 5 through Friday, June 8
4-day Camp for 10th Graders

1:00-4:00 p.m. Friday, June 15
Half-Day Camp for 7th Graders

2:00-5:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 19 through Friday, June 22
4-day Camp for 11th Graders

1:00-4:00 p.m. Friday, June 29
Half-Day Camp for 8th Graders

2:00-5:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 10 through Friday, July 13
4-day Camp for 12th Graders

1:00-4:00 p.m. Friday, July 27
Half-Day Camp for 9th Graders

Camps will focus on college planning, based on age and grade, and will include how to pay for college, college life and career exploration presented through fun activities and by guest speakers.

Space is limited. Students should sign up based on their grade in fall 2012. To register or for more information, call 602-261-8847 or email college.depot@phoenix.gov.

College Depot is a full-service college planning center that offers free one-on-one assistance, family consultation and workshops on all aspects of the college planning process, from financial aid to career exploration. The service is open to anyone seeking assistance with planning for college.
