The program is provided by Davis Vision's Focus on America® - an outreach initiative to offer vision screenings free of charge to children. Undiagnosed vision problems can slow children's development, particularly their ability to learn to read.

Library cards are free to Maricopa County residents and may be obtained at any library location. Customers may also pre-register for a library card online.
