Phoenix Public Library Hosts "Let's Talk Film" Feb. 26

Phoenix Public Library will host "Let's Talk Film," a panel discussion led by local independent filmmakers from 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday, February 26 at Burton Barr Central Library, 1221 N. Central Ave. Admission is free.
The panel includes independent filmmakers Randy Murray, Iris Huey, Ryan Noble, Eric Sundt and Akil Williams. They will discuss their careers and their work in a panel discussion moderated by Williams. Murray, a founding member and current president of the Arizona Production Association, has filmed commercials, TV shows, documentaries and children's specials. Independent filmmaker Huey studied film and theater at Howard University and has produced several films. Noble has worked on documentaries, commercials and films; Sundt is a professor of film at Scottsdale Community College and has worked in the film industry in a variety of capacities. Williams is an independent film producer. This program is presented by Phoenix Public Library's Digital Studio, bringing teens and creative technologies together.
