Phoenix Public Library Offers Free ESL Classes   Print this page Print this page
Phoenix Public Library, Phoenix, AZ. -- April 21, 2009 -- Phoenix Public Library will offer free English-as-a-Second-Language classes at six library locations beginning May 13. The 12-week sessions are designed to help new English speakers improve their conversation, reading and writing skills.

Beginner and intermediate level classes will be offered to students ages 16 and older. In-person registration is required. For registration dates, class schedules and locations visit phoenixpubliclibrary.org

The classes are offered in partnership with Rio Salado Community College and supported by the Friends of the Phoenix Public Library.
