Phoenix Public Library Teen Council (LTC)is a group of teens (ages 12 - 18) committed to helping the library. Each LTC meets once a month to discuss programs they would like to have at the library. The LTC is the voice for teen issues in the library. Teens can also receive letters of recommendation from library staff for their involvement.
