​Holocaust By Bullets: 10 Years of Investigation

January 26 to March 11, 2020

The exhibition "Holocaust by Bullets 10 Years of Investigation" is based on the work of Father Patrick Desbois and his organization, Yahad-in Unum, to document and uncover the systematic killing of Jews that started before the creation of concentration camps. 

The exhibition gives viewers a chance to learn about this lesser-known side of the Holocaust through eyewitness testimony, photographs, quotes and other archival material.

The 2,000-sq. foot exhibit will be located on the 2nd floor of Burton Barr Central Library.

​About the Exhibit

​Holocaust by Bullets Exhibition traces the decades-long effort by Father Patrick Desbois and Yahad-In Unum to document the shooting deaths of more than 2 million Jews and Roma that took place througout Eastern Europe by the Nazi mobile killing units from 1941 to 1944 and it showcases the mechanisms of a mass crime.
