All you need to get started with Flipster is an Internet connection, your device or computer and your Phoenix Public Library card.

All magazine titles are instantly available for streaming which means there's never any wait. Check out as many as you'd like for anywhere between 3 days and one month. If you can't finish it, just check it out again!

Stream in Browser on your device, PC or MAC

To stream magazines with an internet connection, go directly to the Flipster collection and browse by subject or search for a specific title. If you are using Flipster outside of the library, you'll need to log in with your library card number and password.

Click on a magazine cover and select Read this Issue. It will open in browser on your computer or your device, as long as you have internet access.

Use the Flipster app for offline viewing

To download the free Flipster app, search the iTunes app store or the Google Play Store for "Flipster,"
Open a magazine in your browser and tap the menu icon in the upper lefthand corner.
Choose Open in App.
If it is already installed, the app will open and your magazine selection will download.
