Public access to the government documents collection is guaranteed by law (Title 44, United States Code).  As a Federal Depository Library for over 100 years, we are committed to making government materials accessible in a vari​ety of formats. We select approximately 25% of federal documents to include in our collection. This collection is available on the 5th floor of <a href="/locations/burton-barr">Burton Barr Central Library</a>. Many publications are in digital format. </li><li>You may explore print documents available at <a href="/locations/burton-barr">Burton Barr Central Library</a> through our <a href="https://catalog.phoenixpubliclibrary.org/" target="_blank">online catalog</a>. Where available, our catalog also offers links to government documents available from a variety of government websites.</li><li>​Library staff can help you find information about government programs and services, and materials on topics including education, health, commerce, agriculture, laws, military history, space exploration, benefit programs, and taxes.
