DreamBuilder is an online training program that consists of 13 beginning business courses which simultaneously creates a personalized, editable business plan that entrepreneurs can use to seek support for their business.

Workshop 1 - The Dream Starter

Explore the world of entrepreneurship and identify the benefits of starting your own business. You will learn about hurdles you may face, and how to build a network of support to solidify your success. The course will guide you through exploring market research for your business, identifying your competition, and basic understanding of federal or state laws that may impact your business. An introduction to the business plan will allow you to organize your research and help identify a strategic plan.

​Workshop 4 - Small Business Success Through Cash Flow Management

Success in running a small business is positive cash flow. These courses will develop your understanding of the Profit and Loss Statement, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Projections. By the end of the courses you will be more familiar with necessary accounting tools and be able to identify various funding sources to keep your business profitable.

​Workshop 5 - Business Law Basics

Identify the different types of legal considerations for your business. Build your knowledge of contracts and commercial agreements, as well as issues surrounding regulatory and compliance issues regarding your small business. Lastly, finalize your business plan by creating actionable steps that will guide you to a successful launch.
