Phoenix Public Library partners with a number of Valley organizations to provide affiliate libraries and library collections to the community.

<div class="ExternalClassA921EEE5BE7C4C84A8568D4763B9E4BE"><p>Phoenix Public Library partners with a number of Valley organizations to provide affiliate libraries and library collections to the community. <br></p><p>Phoenix Public Library has four affiliates which share its catalog.<br></p><ul><li>The Emily Center Family Health Library</li><li>Heard Museum<br></li><li>Irish Cultural Center & McClelland Library<br></li><li>The Gene and Cathie Lemon Art Research Library at Phoenix Art Museum<br></li></ul>Affiliate library collections are for <strong style="color:#ed0033;"><em>reference only</em></strong> with two exceptions:<div><ul><li>Some Emily Center items can be checked out; this is indicated in the catalog record. Customers must go to the library in person. There is no charge to check out items from the Emily Center.<br></li><li>The Irish Cultural Center also has select items which can be checked out. To do so, you must be a member of the Irish Cultural Center & McLelland Library. Anyone can use materials within the McClelland Library building.<br></li></ul><div><br></div></div></div>
