An item is considered “long overdue” when it has not been returned more than 51 days from the day it was due. <br></p><p>Accounts with a balance of $25 or more may not check out or renew library items.</p><h3>What you need to know:</h3><ul><li><p>Library customers with checked out items that are long overdue, lost and/or damaged, and have provided Phoenix Public Library with an email address should have received an email with details.<br></p></li><li><p>Library customers can visit phoenixpubliclibrary.org to check their <a href="https://catalog.phoenixpubliclibrary.org/logon.aspx" target="_blank">My Account</a>. Your account will reflect the titles of the items checked out and due dates.<br></p></li><li><p>Return any overdue items. You will not be charged a replacement fee for items returned undamaged. Items can be returned to any <a href="/locations" target="_blank">Phoenix Public Library location</a>, check the <a href="/locations" target="_blank">Hours and Locations page</a> for addresses and hours of operation, and book drops are available 24/7.</p></li><li><p>If you have account-specific questions, please reach out to us.
