All you need is a valid <a href="/services/borrowing/get-your-library-card">Phoenix Public Library card</a>. </li><li>Interlibrary Loan requests can be done entirely through <a href="/services/ask-us/interlibrary-loan">this easy-to-use form</a>.</li><li>This means... there will be no more need for a separate ILLiad account to request Interlibrary Loans. </li><ul><li>Existing ILLiad accounts will permit viewing only available upon request until February 21, 2026. </li></ul><li>Readily-available information at your fingertips: </li><ul><li>Once ILL staff have processed your request (please allow a minimum of 2 business days), you will be able to track your Interlibrary Loans in <a href="https://catalog.phoenixpubliclibrary.org/logon.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">My Account</a> on the Phoenix Public Library website or <a href="/services/mobile-app">on the Phoenix Public Library app</a>. </li><li>Say goodbye to confusing notifications! You will be notified when your Interlibrary Loan materials are ready to be picked up <a href="/locations">at your chosen library location</a>. </li></ul></ul></div>Interlibrary Loan allows customers to access print material, audiobooks, and DVDs not owned by Phoenix Public Library. Articles from newspapers, journals and magazines may also be requested. A library account holder with full privileges may have a maximum of six (6) Interlibrary Loan (ILL) items requested or checked out at any time. Only personal library account holders in good standing may borrow ILL materials. <h4>New</h4>Physical ILL materials are included in the 35-item checkout limit. <h4>New</h4>Physical ILL materials will be visible through <a href="https://catalog.phoenixpubliclibrary.org/logon.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">My Account</a> once they are activated by ILL staff and account holders will be notified when the items are available at their Pickup Branch by their contact preferences on file. <div>Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for a request to begin processing.
