Interlibrary Loan

<div class="ExternalClass36B47FB0BBC841BCA437121801D38791"><h3>Interlibrary Loan allows customers to access print material and nonfiction DVDs not owned by Phoenix Public Library.</h3><p><br>A library account holder with full privileges may have a maximum of six (6) Interlibrary Loan (ILL) items requested or checked out at any time. Library account holders with a 3-item restriction cannot use ILL. ILL materials are not included in the 35-item checkout limit, will not be visible through <a href="https://catalog.phoenixpubliclibrary.org/logon.aspx" target="_blank">My Account</a>, and are not eligible to be renewed. Only personal library account holders may borrow ILL materials. <br></p><h4>How will I be notified that my Interlibrary Loan item has arrived at Phoenix Public Library?<br></h4><p>Automatic email notifications are sent to the email on file when your request arrives at <a href="/locations/burton-barr">Burton Barr Central Library</a>. <br>However, your request may then take up to 5 business days (Monday through Friday) to arrive at the <a href="/locations">pickup location</a> you selected.</p><br><div><br><br></div><p><br><br></p></div>
