Not to worry - access to creating new lists on the new catalog is available right now! Additionally, any lists you've already created in the new environment will stay put.<br></p><p><em>If your current Saved Titles Lists contain items that are no longer available in Phoenix Public Library's collection, they will not appear on the new, moved-over version of your list.</em><br></p><p><em><br><img src="/images/Services/New%20Catalog/New-Catalog_Bookmark-Lists.jpg" alt="" style="margin:10px;width:600px;height:371px;vertical-align:middle;" /><br></em></p><h2>Create Custom Lists </h2><p>Bookmarked titles can be organized into saved Lists. Lists are a piece of cake to browse and a breeze to share with a friend. Build your own little collections within your account!<br></p><p><br><img src="/images/Services/New%20Catalog/New-Catalog_Pickup_web.jpg" alt="" style="margin:10px;vertical-align:middle;" /></p><h2>Request an Item for Pickup</h2><p><a href="/services/borrowing">Placing holds</a> in the new catalog is an easy and worry-free process. Simply select a Pickup Location and a Pickup Area and wait to be notified when your item has arrived at your chosen pickup location. <br></p><h4><strong><em>A note about Pickup Areas</em></strong> </h4><p>In the old platform, a customer's Pickup Area defaulted to Hold Shelf. Now, customers must manually select a Pickup Area when placing a hold (unless you have already set a preference in your profile settings). Unless you have a preference set, you will need to do this every time you place a hold. We suggest you set a preference if you will be picking up at the same place and spot.<br></p><p>Updating your profile settings will help streamline your experience and will help minimize any confusion for you and for staff - especially at pickup. <br></p><p><br></p><h3>We hope that you enjoy exploring the new catalog and we hope the catalog's enhancements lead to saved time, the discovery of great titles and resources, and a happier Phoenix Public Library experience. </h3><p><br></p><h2>Still have questions?
