Requests are limited to 15 items per customer at a time. Once your hold is available for pick up, you will be notified. Please be sure to keep your preferred contact information current through your "My Account" feature. Having trouble placing holds? Give us a call at 602-262-4636 (Monday - Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.) or Ask Us via email.​<br></p></div>
